Iceactivity is the digital portfolio of Matteo Mei. I am currently finishing my study at Hyper Island to to become an Interactive Art Director.

I am born and raised in north part of Italy, Ivrea.
I started to work in the digital industry in 2003 in a small agency called Incomedia. Just after my internship I got hired as web designer but I got the chance to work as well as front-end developer, sales guy, web-design teacher and many more things, (including making coffe).
It was a great experience and after 2 years I decided to challenge my self and move over to London. My challenge 2.0 was to find a job and a place to live with-out speak a world in English. I started going around saying “I had a job” and giving my CV, (in stead of saying “I’m looking for a job”), and now I have just finished my internship at Tribal DDB.
During this 5 years many things happen and in July 2009 I moved to Sweden and started Hyper Island. I am now looking for a great place where I can contribute and share what I have learned in the last year and also I can learn.
What am I?
I am someone who thrives on putting himself in a creative discussion every day, and does whatever it takes to achieve his goals.
I am also a perfectionist, and I like designs where all the pixels are in the right place.
I love challenges and challenging situations because they give me the best opportunity to learn new things. I also like to meet people that are working together to achieve common goals.
